Found exclusively in our Premium range, the POLI’PREM2® pad is designed for those long hours in the saddle. Made using the microfibre X-TRACT, the structured channels in the fabric quickly wick moisture away and the POLI’Prem2’s excellent elasticity gives you a large freedom of movement. The triple-density constructed POLI’PREM2® pad provides outstanding levels of comfort and protection. Research and feedback (from our sponsored teams) tells us that the 12mm high-density pad (120 kg/m3 + 80 kg/m3) and the central perineal channel provide the sought-after comfort where required and allow a natural rotation of the ilium bone providing you with greater comfort in the saddle. The triple-density pad is perforated for maximum ventilation and enhanced moisture transfer.

The POLI’MTB® pad has been specially designed for MTB, Cyclo-cross, Enduro ... With an extremely minimalist design, 2 densities and a totally flat surface, it adapts perfectly to your anatomy. Protective foam inserts have been developed on the lower part of the skin for optimized seat comfort and stability. Very high density (80kg / m3) foam 11mm with central area protects the ischial and perineal zone while the thinner foam (3mm) on the crotch avoids friction and irritations. This product is intended for medium-distance racing. It is easy to clean and can be washed at 30 ° C.

Bi-elastic, XTENS® is our blend of fabrics offering remarkable stretch features. LYCRA Sport® adds suppleness and comfort. An anti-bacterial treatment prevents the proliferation of bacteria and unpleasant odours. Easy care (machine washable at 30°C) and providing perfect support, excellent UV protection (UPF 50+) and resistant to pilling. XTENS® exist in 2 versions: a 260g customisable with DWR® Treatment and a 250g single colours.

LYCRA Sport® and LYCRA Xtralife® fabrics are specially designed for sports that require a combination of lightness, breathability, muscle support and freedom of movement. The LYCRA® fibre provides comfort, support, dimensional stability and durability. Always combined with other fibres, it provides unmatched stretch and elastic resilience. This fibre can be stretched up to seven times its initial length before returning to its initial shape and size when no longer under tension, hence its unique assets. LYCRA Sport® or LYCRA Xtralife® is found in most of our elasticated fabrics (XTENS® and ThermoXTENS®)

The Bluesign® certification is an independent industry norm considered to be the most comprehensive in the world. It guarantees the safe and sustainable production of textiles. Materials that have obtained the Bluesign® certificate are considered to be entirely manufactured using only environmentally-friendly processes from the original fibre to the dyes and right through to the finished product. The certificate’s purpose is to guarantee consumer security, health at work, and to give a firm commitment to the environment throughout the textile production process.

The Oeko-Tex® certification provides the human and environmental health guarantee that no toxic substances have been used in the manufacture of the garment. Over 100 criteria are subject to rigorous quality controls, Oeko-Tex® certification is only obtained if the textile passes every test. The fabric once analysed is classified as per its ultimate use: Class I (textiles used in the manufacture of garments for children) and class II (textiles in direct contact with the skin) criteria are the strictest. We export to Norway, a country which imposes the most stringent Oeko-Tex 100 certification, symbolised by its logo "Confidence in Textiles", on all clothing exported to and sold on its territory. All our products are certified Oeko-Tex® 100. For your personal health, insist on the traceability of origin and manufacture of the clothes you wear! It makes sense!

The POLI’PROTEC2® pad is extremely light and comfortable. The perineal zone has been designed in «sections» with higher foam thicknesses to reduce frictions. High density foam inserts (70kg / m3) in the ischial and perineal zone offer comfort and protection. The central area allows to adapt as bast as possible to the male anatomy. Thanks to the combination of lightweight foams and elasticity, POLI’PROTEC2 skin is also suitable for MTB activities and medium distances.
